All our referred contractors must be properly licensed by the state and or county in which they do business, and must demonstrate to our member review board, that they are experienced in all aspects of the services they offer.

Because the field of Home Theater Design and Integration Technology changes rapidly, members of our referred dealer program are asked to designate certification for a given specialty in the broad area of Home Theater Design, Installation, and System Integration, as well as demonstrate their ability to properly consult, design, install and service a system in their fields of expertise.

All our Connect Dealers, prior to being accepted in our program, are verified via the Better Business Bureau for consumer complaints. If our review department concludes that any dealer has an inordinate number of valid complaints, that dealer is not eligible for acceptance into our Connect.

Should any "current" referred contractor receive more then 2 valid complaints in a 12 month period, that dealer is removed from our member referral list.
